· Following up on parts returns and credits
· Final billing customers
· Assisting with customer communications and updates
· Assisting staff as needed
· Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
· Must be punctual
· Must be comfortable speaking with customers
· Keep and maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Computer literate
